Liquid egg
Pasteurized and ready to use directly in your process, with no shell to separate or handling losses. Shelf life of up to 45 days.
Dehydrated egg
Powdered, for a shelf life of up to 100 days and easier transport and dosing on the production line.
Yolk, white or blend
Order only the component your process needs. Avoid the waste of separating whole egg when you only use yolk or white.
Our plant
The Bonovo plant in Tehuacán, Puebla
We opened in April 2013 and, after an investment of 125 million pesos, expanded the plant in 2015 — the second of its kind in the Americas, after the one operating in Miami, United States.
